It’s a Mysterious Monday!

It’s a Mysterious Monday! A week of adventure and synchronicity is about to begin!

Do you decide your week, or let it happen to you?

Deciding your week does not necessarily mean planning every moment with precision. What I am referring to is setting a tone for your week.

Mondays are a very special day for me when it comes to my JOY Journaling. I decide how I want to experience my week. I don’t choose the events, however I can choose how I observe the week. I choose my perspective.

I do this each day in my Journal; however Mondays are particularly special for creating my week.

I choose for this week playful adventure. What do you choose?

Dr. Oz says Small Changes Daily

I just finished lunch, and was watching Oprah.  Her guest was Dr. Oz, and they were talking about health (of course).  In their conversation, Dr. Oz said that it was small changes made daily that added up to results.

This is so true for all areas of our life, and not just physical health!  It also applies to emotional health, mental health, and spiritual health.

It also is true when applying the Law of Attraction to your life!

You do not need to meditate for hours.  You do not need to visualize for hours.

No matter which tool you pick to support you with making changes in your life, it’s small incremental changes that make the difference.

This is exactly how the JOY Journal works!  It’s small, incremental changes in your thinking process.  It’s small, incremental shifts in your perception.  It’s small, incremental shifts in your focus.

JOY Journaling only takes 5 minutes per days.  That’s it!

5 minutes per day x 365 days = 1865 minutes of purposeful focus per year.

5 minutes per day x 5 days per week x 52 weeks = 1300 minutes of purposeful focus per year.

If you put 5 minutes a day in with CONSISTENT Intention, the power does not only add up to the minutes you put in, it’s exponential!

Your experience changes.  You change.  And all for the better!

You ARE worth the 5 minutes a day.  Schedule YOU in.
