Chip Engelmann on Welcome Changes Radio

Today’s show was “EFT and The Law of Attraction” with Chip Engelmann.  He’s ChipEFT on Twitter, at Youtube, and anywhere else he might be hanging out.  His website is, you guessed it, http://chipeft.com.

His show is up and ready for you to download at Welcome Changes Radio.

The show was absolutely AWESOME!  You can listen and download the show here.

I met Chip on Twitter.  If you are playing there, be sure to add him, and me too!

I also had the blessing of experiencing an EFT session with Chip.  He’s wonderfully intuitive, gentle and loving, and working with him was an awesome experience.  We did some play around a private subject that, quite honestly, took a twist I never EVER would have expected.  It was one of those things…you know…that you never ever consciously think about, and yet when you end up there, you get that quick intake of breath and the tears well up.

Anyway, take a listen to his show, and make sure you head over to his site and enjoy all the wonderful resources he’s made available there.  You’ll love it.

The Queen of JOY! on Church Insider Radio

Last Friday I was Shamielle Alston’s guest on Church Insider Radio

The show was an absolute blast, and I left totally energized!  The hour passed by so quickly!  We discussed Juicy Bites, and much more!  The conversation flowed from topic to topic quite effortlessly!

Head on over and take a listen!  I believe you can download the show too.

I’d love to hear your thoughts and comments regarding the show.

Getting in the Flow

So I think I have some more stuff worked out with how I want things to flow with my Sharings.

With respect to Welcome Changes Newsletter, I have chose to do a monthly newsletter using a “green publishing” platform.  I’ll send out weekly reminders for the radio shows to the newsletter, and any other time sensitive material in short emails.  I’ll be scheduling as many of these as I can, so I can organize my days the way I want rather than having the broadcasts dictate my days.  🙂

I used to add a “What’s New” to each weekly broadcast, which is why I never pre-scheduled them, but I think it will be much easier to do my periodical “what’s up” shares here instead.

These shifts feel more organized, and that’s what I’ve been asking for!  Every day I’ve been affirming that “Each day I am just a little bit more organized.”

That affirmation has been working!  I’ve got a recycling routine in place.  I have a little basket at the top of the stairs that I put the recycling in.  I have a recycling station in the storage room in the basement.  Every Thursday a service comes and picks up our recycling.

I have a composting bucket under my sink.  Yesterday I picked up some inserts for it, so I can take it out to my compost bin cleanly, and the inserts are biodegradable too.

I learned that you need equal parts of “brown matter” along with the “green matter”.  The green matter is things like my vegetable scraps.  Brown matter is things like dry leaves, and ripped up paper counts!  So I’ve been shredding my office paper and such, and keeping it in a bin with the recycling to use each time I take my scraps out.

I’ve been playing with menu planning a bit.  I’m still practicing with this one, but I am getting better.  I bought the “green bags” so my veggies last longer in the fridge.  I’d throw the old veggies into the compost, and I felt better about that, but that’s still waste even if I’m not sending it to the dump.

I’m looking forward to Summer so I can put the clothes out on the line again.  I’m also looking forward to starting a little garden too.  Oh!  I suppose I should get the pumpkin and squash seeds I saved started!  I think I’ll do that with my son this week.  I’m going to buy the plants this year for the tomatoes and peppers though.  Maybe I’ll have a row of carrots too.

I haven’t quite mastered the clean desk yet, though it is better!

Got organizational tips?  Feel free to comment with them!  I’d love to hear what you do that supports you to stay in the flow!

What’s Inside YOU?

“You can find on the outside only what you possess on the inside.” ~ Adolfo Montiel Ballesteros

I have a favourite set of Wayne Dyer CD’s. This quote reminds me of his analogy of when you squeeze an orange, you get orange juice. You only get what’s inside when you squeeze it.

We all get squeezed from time to time. It may be something that someone says. It my be something that happens at work. The question is, what comes out when we are squeezed?

Does anger come out? Does fear or worry come out?

The only way to change what comes out is to change what’s inside. What would you like to come out when you get squeezed?

How can you begin to fill yourself up with that today?
