I wanted to share with you my experience of Amanda’s program.
I fall asleep. And I mean that in a good way!
Her voice is wonderful, and she brings me to a place of complete relaxation. When I am complete with her mediation, I’m fully awake, and sooooo grounded. It’s a great feeling. I feel like I can breathe again.
I don’t know about you, but when contrast comes up, I get a shortness in my breath, and don’t feel connected.
Amanda’s meditation is one of the tools I tap into when that happens. It brings me back into the now. I open up to possibilities again.
